Bo Rangers Football Club have once again written their name into Sierra Leone football history after winning the 2025/26 Leone Rock Premier League, securing a remarkable fourth league title.

Known as the Elephants, Bo Rangers sealed the championship following another dominant campaign, finishing ahead of their closest rivals to reinforce their position as the country’s leading club in recent years.

Although they lost 1-0 to Mighty Blackpool FC in their final league match, Bo Rangers had already wrapped up the title before the fixture. The result also ensured Mighty Blackpool retained their Premier League status.

Following the match, the Sierra Leone Premier League Board officially crowned Bo Rangers champions and presented the club with the league trophy and a mock cheque for Le500,000 as championship prize money.

The presentation ceremony was attended by SLFA Executive Committee Member Mohamed Sorie Jalloh, members of the Premier League Board, National Sports Authority Executive Director Mohamed Alphaka Conteh Esq., Director of Sports Haroun Korjie, Leone Rock Metal Group General Administrative Manager Mohamed Sulaiman Fofanah, and other senior sports officials.

Celebrating the achievement, Bo Rangers described the title as the reward for months of hard work, discipline, and commitment from players, coaches, management, and supporters. The club also paid tribute to its fans, saying the success belongs to everyone who stood by the team throughout the season.

The latest triumph gives Bo Rangers four league titles in five seasons, further cementing their dominance in Sierra Leone football and strengthening their legacy as one of the country’s most successful clubs of the modern era.

The end of the 2025/26 season also confirmed the relegation of Abacha FC, SLIFA FC, Luawa FC, and Freetown City FC. They will make way for Western United FC and Waterloo FC as the Premier League reduces from 18 to 16 teams for the 2026/27 season under the country’s new football ecosystem.
